摘要

The difference of cold-rolled structure between equiaxed ferrite and lath martensite in the interstitial free (IF) steel was previously studied. It was concluded that the development of deformation structures in the lath martensite is faster than in the equiaxed ferrite though the process of microstructure change is similar in both cases. However, the detail of the dislocation substructure in the deformed lath martensite is still not understood well. The aim of this study is clarify the difference in dislocation structure between the cold-rolled lath martensite and equiaxed ferrite in the IF steel.
