Qatar keeps investing in construction and infrastructure despite low oil prices

Steel demand is expected to remain stable in Qatar at least till the end of 2015 due to high investments into constructionand infrastructure projects. The government of Qatar is sending a message to the public that despite low oil prices the situation in thecountry will be stable.
