Seaborne iron ore price flattened in China at $61-62/t CFR, its weakest in more than 5 years. Although demand remains strong, pessimism in the steel sector amid the economy slowdown is the biggest concern. An anticipated RRR (reserve requirement ratio) cut also failed to bring any positive changes to the market.
