Acquisitions add to Belden's Q1 2015 results

Signal transmission solutions provider, Belden, saw revenues grow 12.2% y/y to $547 million on a GAAP basis and adjusted EBITDA rise 20% to $89 million, for Q1 ended March 29, 2015. However, the company posted a net loss of $20 million, a marked decline from the $25 million net profit it showed in Q1 2014.
