Belden FY 2015 sales up slightly, net profit lower

US signal transmission solutions provider, Belden, unveiled FY 2015 revenues on a GAAP basistotalling $2.309 billion, up slightly, compared to $2.308 billion in FY 2014.John Stroup, President and CEO of Belden said that overall, the business performed well with strongresults from the Broadband connectivity, Enterprise, and Network Security businesses. A stronger USdollar and lower copper prices had an unfavourable impact on revenue for all segments. The softermacro-environment impacted both of its Industrial platforms.
