Polypropylene (PP) nanocomposites withmulti-walled carbon nanotubes (CNT) were produced by asmall-scale masterbatch melt dilution technique using fivePP differing in melt flow index (MFI) and degree of malei-nation. PP used in a masterbatch has MFI = 12 (PP_(12)), theothers used PP which have MFI = 2 or MFI = 8. The stateof CNT dispersion as assessed by melt rheological and mor-phological investigations indicated a better dispersion whenusing unmodified PP with MFI = 8 (PP_8) and the master-batchs PP_( the best dispersion, i.e., PP_8 and PP_(12).
