Creditors of mothballed Latvian rebar maker KVV Liepajas Metalurgs are "seriously considering" seekinginsolvency for the company, economics minister Arvils Aseradens said in an interview with local radio.He has met with the plant's shareholders, he added, but all they want to discuss is past events and areunwilling to speak about future plans.
