Hyundai Steel prepares for new way of doing business

South Korea's Hyundai Steel is working on establishing a fully integrated automotive steel sheetsupply chain through its merger with Hyundai Hysco.Up to now, Hyundai Steel has focused on producing hot rolled steel via the blast furnace route, whileHyundai Hysco has specialised in processing. The companies plan to complete the merger on 1 July(CRU Views - Steel, 8 April 2015).
