The oil refinery and petrochemical complex project planned by Idemitsu Kosan and partners at Nghi Son Economic Zone in Vietnam will feature an extremely low output of heavy oil, aided by two key components: a direct desulfurization unit and a residue fluid catalytic cracking unit that is expected to be the world's largest.
