Chinese refined product export quotas up big this year.

For the whole of 2016, Chinese state refiners have been granted refined product export quotas totaling 46.057MM mt, which is an over 80% increase from the refined product export quotas granted last year. Of this total 17.8MM mt (133.7MM bbl) is diesel, 15.7MM mt (122.5MM bbl) is jet fuel, and 12.1MM mt (102.7MM bbl) is gasoline. Over the first eight months of this year China has exported 9.2MM mt (69.1MM bbl) of diesel, almost 8.0MM mt (62.4MM bbl) of jet fuel, and 6.1MM mt (51.8MM bbl) of gasoline.
