IHI, Shimizu Win Contract to Build LNG Tank at Fukushima Power Plant

IHI Corporation announced on November 15th that it will jointly construct an above-ground LNG storage tank,having capacity of 230,000 kiloliters, with Shimizu Corporation, a Japanese general constructor, at a natural gas-firedpower generation plant that will be built at Soma Port in Shinchi Town, Fukushima prefecture, northern Japan.
