Negotiations on hot-rolled (HR) steel coils for Asia have started for March shipment. Chinese mills are aggressiveand seem to request for an increase in prices by $20-30 from their prices for February shipment. Seen from theiroffers, it can be inferred for them to aim to raise their prices to $300 CFR.
