Deepsea Scrap Market for Korean Imports Headed Up

There are signs of a future upswing in the deepsea ferrous scrap market for imports into South Korea. No new negotiated deals are reported so far after the beginning of the new year as to deepsea bulk cargoes of ferrous scrap for delivery in South Korea. The previous Korean purchases were negotiated at US$408/MT C&F for No1 HMS in the latter half of December.
