It is revealed that the alliance of Shenhua Group of China and Mitsui & Co., the consortium of Japan, Korea and Russia, and Peabody Energy of USA are to acquire interests of 40%, 36% and 24% respectively in the Western Tsankhi Area of Tavan Tolgoi deposit in South Gobi Province, Mongolia.
