Rocklands Australia & Jindal India Agreed On Formation Of JV-For joint promotion of metallurgical coal projects in Queesnland and others

Rocklands Richfield Ltd of Australia and Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, major Indian iron and electric company, are going to jointly promote metallurgical coal project in Queensland and others. As a result, both companies form a joint venture on 50:50 basis and develop undeveloped metallurgical coal concessions of EPC890 and MDC890 at Bowen Basin in Queensland in which Rocklands holds interest. Rocklands holds 60 percent interest in EPC890 and 100 percent interest in MDC890.
