New Hope Buys Out Northern Energy=Aiming at acquisition of all shares at 1.50 Australia dollars per share=

On 8th October, New Hope Corp, Ltd. of Australia announced to buy out all the shares of Northern Energy Corp (NEC), mining company of the same country, through open takeover bid (TOB). The purchase price is Australian Dollar 1.50 per share with the total purchase value of approximately Australian Dollars 193 million on 100 percent share basis. The purchase price is made of the closing share price of NEC share on 6th October (1.05 Australia dollars) plus 42.9 percent of premium.
