Jiangsu province owned and Nanjing headquartered East China Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau (the “Chinese Miner”) signed March 24 an exclusivity-based Letter of Intent (LOI) in Brazil regarding the acquisition of the whole of Jupiter Iron Ore Project in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, from Bernardo Paz de Mello, president of Itaminas Comercio de Minerios S.A. which is the owner of the Jupiter Project. Several news media reported by the end of last week.
