Merger Between Caledon & Polo Resources Broken Down-Polo acquires 11 million new shares of Caledon-

On 25th June, Caledon Resources plc and Polo Resources Ltd. announced that merger talks between both companies were disrupted. As reported before, on 27th April Caledon and Polo Resources reached a basic agreement on merger of both companies. Upon the merger, Polo Resources had been supposed to obtain all the shares of Caledon by share exchange method and to the shareholders of Caledon 11.4 shares of Polo Resources were to be allocated for one share of Caledon.
