Mechel / Russia Reports Their Production Activities In Oct. - Dec. 2009 Quarter- Output Of Ferro-Alloys Increased But Productions Of Nickel And Chrome Ore Decreased

Mechel OAO, a leading mining and metals company in Russia, released in last week their production activities of ores, metals and ferro-alloys in the calendar year ( January - December ) of 2009 as well as in the fourth quarter ( October - December ) of the same year and the quantities ( on material base ) of chrome ore, nickel metal, ferro-silicon and ferro-chrome produced in the periods were as per the table shown below.
