Exports And Imports Of Ferro-Alloys By China In March 2010 With Decreased Imports- Exported 116,000 Tons As Increased, Imported 166,000 Tons As Continued To Decrease

According to the customs-statistics released in China, the quantities ( on material base ) of ferro-alloys exported and imported by China in March of 2010 were as per the tables (1) and (2) attached hereto. (1) Exports of ferro-alloys : China exported 115,609 tons of ferro-alloys in March of 2010, which had a considerable increase of 88.8% compared with that ( 61,221 tons ) in the previous month of February. Lunar New Year in China was held in the last month of February, having caused a large decline of the export from China, but the exports of Chinese ferro-alloys in March recovered again to a scale of 110,000 tons per month as a reaction to the decreased exports in February as mentioned above.
