Summary and Outlook

The Society's financial reserves are very strong and will improve further following the completion of the sale of our Lambeth headquarters in 2015. The 2014 year end position shows a temporary net current liability reflecting the purchase of a new headquarters and the associated refurbishment costs. The current assets will be restored in May 2015 on the completion of the sale.
