JUST as Royal Pharmaceutical Society members are at the frontline of providing the public with the healthcare they need, the Society itself is at the forefront when it comes to providing the back up and advice members require in order to excel in the profession. I am delighted, therefore, to see the publication of some valuable pieces of work for our members. First, there is our new online community hub to support individual pharmacists and their teams with the General Pharmaceutical Council's standards and inspections. We have launched it in response to the GPhC's introduction of a new inspection model towards the end of last year — with significant changes to the inspection process for pharmacies. The tools, developed by experts working within the Society, include a video, infographics and complementary resources, all designed specifically to support you with the new inspection regime.
