A PHARMACIST who sexually assaulted two members of his staff has had his name removed from the Register by order of the fitness-to-practise committee of the General Pharmaceutical Council. At its meeting on 5 April 2013, the committee inquired into the case of Ashoo Hayre Puri (registration number 2057631). It was alleged that, at times in 2010 and 2011, Mr Puri's conduct towards two of his employees had been inappropriate and sexually motivated and that, on account of that, his fitness to practise was impaired.
