SPONSORSHIP is being set up by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society for overseas students who are unable to complete their preregistration training because of changes to UK visa requirements. The RPS is in the process of submitting a proposal to the Department of Health and the UK Border Agency to allow; it to become a professional sponsor under a tier 5 visa for current students caught out by a change in the rules, to allow them to finish their training.
