Pharmacists reprimanded for dispensing errors

A company, its superintendent pharmacist and its dispensing pharmacist have been reprimanded by the Disciplinary Committee for breaches of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's code of ethics relating to dispensing errors, among a number of other matters.
