Blatant disregard for the law and professional obligations leads to striking-off order for pharmacist

A blatant disregard for the law relating to the misuse of drugs and for professional obligations have resulted in a striking-off order for a Coventry pharmacist. On 17 and 18 September 2009, the Disciplinary Committee inquired into the case of Paul Singh Gill, of Coventry. The committee had received a complaint from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society that Mr Gill's misconduct rendered him unfit to practise as a pharmacist.
