Make the best use of technology

We write with regard to the electronic transmission of prescription service, which was recently commented on by Paul Rolfe (PJ, 22 May 2010, p503) and Peter McAuley (PJ, 12 June 2010, p580).As users of ETP release 1 in a busy pharmacy, we have read with some bemusement the almost completely negative descriptions of this service, and we were pleased to read Mr Rolfe's letter that more closely resembles our own experience, albeit just with release 1.
