Provisional work is being conducted

I write in response to Bill Brookes's letter (PJ, 10 July 2010, p52). Mr Brookes's contributions to the profession, his branch and his region have been outstanding over the years. I will, of course, try to address some of his concerns. Provisional work is being conducted by the shadow Assembly so that all regulations that require amending will be ready for gazetting following the launch of the new professional body in September.
