Better representation and support for its members have been promised by the National Pharmacy Association. The NPA intends to develop private patient group direction services, and to make use of its 2007 purchase of the Pharmacy Mutual Insurance Company to expand insurance services offered to members, and include employee benefit schemes and insurance plans for family and friends of NPA members.
