Planned stoma/appliance fees 'inadequate'

Fees proposed by the Government for stoma and incontinence services are inadequate and unrealistic,pharmacy bodies have warned.The National Pharmacy Association and the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee argue that the fees proposed by the Government for the provision of stoma and incontinence appliances and related services fail to offer any incentive to pharmacy contractors to provide the service.
