Trusts must comply with latest guidance on intrathecal chemotherapy by end of year

Trusts have until 31 December 2008 to implement the latest guidance on use of intrathecal chemotherapy,which was issued in August,and they must confirm their compliance by 30 January 2009,participants were told at the British Oncology Pharmacy Association's annual symposium,held in Liverpool from 17 to 19 October.Compliance with advice on use of vinca alkaloid mini-bags is required by 6 February 2009.
