Two easier payment options but proposal for low-income fee for technicians yet to come

The deadline for the payment of retention fees for 2009 is 1 January and this year, fees can be paid by telephone or by a four instalment direct debit that needs to be set up by 12 December. These additional payment options follow the 2008 fees consultation (PJ, 8 November 2008, p546).
