Striking-off ordered for prescription payment fraud

A Northern Ireland pharmacist who defrauded NHS Scotland of more than pound5,000 by falsely claiming payment for prescriptions that had not been dispensed has been ordered by the Statutory Committee to be removed from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists.
