New title for secretary of Welsh Executive

Cath O'Brien,secretary of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Welsh Executive,has been given a new title - director for Wales.The change follows a recommendation of the Society's Devolution Review Group that the director of the Scottish Department and the secretary to the Welsh Executive should have common titles and equivalent roles (PJ,12 February,pi85).
