We have found several numerical errors,and we have prepared new versions of all tables.The corrected Tables I-III are in this document,and other corrected tables and corrected versions of Figs.2 and 3 are in an Electronic Physics Auxiliary Publication Service(EPAPS)file.Table II shows that the R and C methods give similar moments of inertia when the centers of mass of the internal rotors lie close to the bond axis,but the R method fails for very mass-asymmetric fragments.
