MORE than 30 members attended the first joint event held by IChemE and affiliate organisation the Official College of Chemical Engineers of the Valencian Community (COIQCV). COIQCV became an Affiliate Society in September last year. At the event, IChemE's technical policy Chemical Engineering Matters was the main theme - focusing on energy and water challenges - while an introduction to becoming Chartered was also provided.
