CIS export prices move down, still under pressure

After three months of sideways movements, CIS scrap export prices finally began to move down in April and the first week of May. As highlighted in the previous issue of the Steel Metallics Monitor, CIS exporters were awaiting the outcome of US-Turkey price negotiations in mid-April.
