OBJECTIVE To evaluate impacts of preoperative detrusor underactivity (DU) on outcomes of photoselective vaporization of the prostate (PVP) or holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia, and to compare them between the two surgeries.
