More Chinese thermal coal buyers were turning tothe seaborne market as cuts in domestic production had resulted inlimited availability of certain grades, sources said Thursday.According to a Singapore-based trader, some mines in the Shanxiprovince had not resumed mining operations and this had led to supplytightness for specific grades.
