European low density spot prices rose this week, as strong demand was sustained on bullish March ethylene contract price expectations. Spot prices were assessed at Eur1,080/mt, up Eur60/mt on the week. One trader said that the rise in price was also impacted by limited availability following a number of producers closing order books early in the month.
