The Northwest European polyvinyl chloride contract price remained level on the week, at Eur855/mt FD NWE. Prices were heard stable. Feedstock ethylene’s rollover in the November price at Eur905/mt was a large factor in stability in the PVC contract price, sources said. The spot price was assessed stable at Eur805/mt FD NWE. Prices were heard pegged at Eur780-Eur850/mt.
