Asian purified terephthalic acid rose $20/mt week on week to be assessed at $965/mt CFR China Friday amid a surge in feedstock paraxylene prices, a tight China domestic market and a late-week rebound in futures. Bonded cargo deals were heard concluded at $945/mt, $965/mt, $968/ mt and $970/mt CFR China as the week progressed.
