Latin PVC assessments continued to slide, amid aggressive offers from the US, Asia and regional producers, sources said this week. The Peruvian import assessment fell $10/mt week on week to $1,025-$1,035/mt CFR basis. Buyers were hearing of offers at levels as low as $890/mt FAS Houston and demanding similar levels, traders said.
