US linear low density polyethylene was assessed Wednesday at $1,455/mt FAS Houston, down $44/mt week on week, with domestic spot prices talked in the low-to-mid 60s cents/lb for bulk railcars. A deal was heard earlier this week at 62 cents/lb FOB Houston, with multiple market players pegging prices closer to 64-65 cents/lb FOB Houston. An offer to Latin America was heard at $1,620/mt CFR Brazil.
