US paraxylene rose $10/mt to $1,495/mt FOB USG week on week on higher bids at the beginning of the week and similar movements in the Asian and European PX prices at the end of the week. Asian PX was $2 higher on the week at $1,585.50/mt CFR Taiwan/China and an assessment of $1,561.50/mt FOB Korea, and European PX was $3 higher at an assessment of $1,499/mt FOB Rotterdam.
