US spot butadiene was assessed stable on the week at 80 cents/lb CIF USG Friday as demand remained sluggish. Supply continued to be heard available in the market, sources said, but inventory levels continued to be characterized as ample. "Nobody is looking to buy. The market is at a standstill right now," one trader said. The market was notionally talked on the week around 79 cents/lb. No bids, offers or traders were heard on the week.
