US spot ethylene prices rose 3 cents/lb week on week, assessed Friday at a two-week high of 68.25-68.75 cents/lb on a 3- to 30-day basis as April product traded higher on supply concerns stemming from ongoing production issues. April closed the week bid at 67.50 cents/lb on the Williams system against no offers, a day after transacting multiple times at 68.75 cents/lb MtB Wms, sources said. March ethylene was also steep to close the week, talked in a range of 67.50-72 cents/lb MtB Wms, sources said. No deals were heard by close of assessment.
