Rio de Janeiro-Brazilian independent Oleo e Gas Participacoes was producing crude oil from its now-shut Tubarao Martelo Field offshore Brazil at an average rate of 7,264 b/d in very early March before halting output at the field March 5, according to a filing to stock regulators. That rate was down 12.5% from the fullmonth average of 8,305 b/d registered in February, it said in the filing, made Friday.
