ANALYSIS New York—Refinery margins in the Pacific Basin rose last week on a drop in US West Coast refinery runs and tighter Asian supply, an analysis of S&P Global Platts margin data showed. The USWC Arab Medium cracking margin averaged $15.07/b last week, Platts margin data showed, compared with the $11.41/b the week earlier. Cracking margins for Arab Medium in Singapore also rose, albeit less dramatically, to average $5.54/b last week compared with the $4.37/b the week earlier.
