Overbuilt midstream to impact PAA volumes

Houston-Plains All American Pipeline is expecting an impact to volumes in the second half of the year on overbuilt midstream assets in its operating areas, executives said in an earnings call Wednesday. Early in the year, the company thought that infrastructure development would be lim- ited by depressed oil prices, but midstream projects managed to find ample investment, CEO Greg Armstrong said.
